How do people work together to shape a California that’s better for everyone? Investigate diverse experiences of migration, community, and belonging, and the people who have shaped the rich and dynamic story of California across centuries. Make connections between past stories and events and how people today take action to create belonging.

This is not your typical museum tour! OMCA educators and volunteers will facilitate student-driven investigation of the galleries using program themes and inquiry routines. Students will have time to explore the gallery before coming together at the end to share their findings.
