Gallery Activation Hours

September 23, 2023 from 12:00 pm 1:00 pm

Special exhibition ticket required

Due to popular demand, we’ve expanded Gallery Activation Hours!

Gallery Activation Hours put a twist on the traditional museum tour. Using an informal approach, OMCA facilitators combine content knowledge with lived experience. Centering community voice and encouraging dialogue in our galleries provides meaningful and fresh interpretations of our Special Exhibitions.

Weekly Gallery Activation Hours are every Saturday from 1 to 2 pm and are included with Museum and Special Exhibition admission. No reservation necessary.

OMCA Members have access to special Gallery Activation Hours every second Saturday of the month from noon to 1 pm.

In addition to weekly Saturday Gallery Activation Hours and during the run of Into the Brightness: Artists from Creativity Explored, Creative Growth & NIAD, artists from the show will host Special Edition Gallery Activation Hours, 12 pm- 1 pm every first Wednesday and as part of Friday Nights at OMCA from 6 to 8 pm.
