Experience an interactive performance that celebrates the dreams and accomplishments of Black musicians and leaders, on OMCA’s new outdoor garden stage. Oakland a cappella group SoVoSó will lead students on a musical journey through themes related to the experiences of the African American community. Students will discover how music is a way to communicate the challenges and hopes of Black people—past, present, and future.
