What Group Tour offerings are available for spring 2021?
While we are not planning to host onsite programs or tours this spring, see above for our Virtual Group Tours offerings. At this time, we are unable to accommodate requests for customized tours. For any questions about our Virtual Group Tours, please contact groups@museumca.org.
My group would like to pay individually, is that possible?
Virtual Group Tour fees must be paid in one transaction using our online registration system, which requires a credit card for payment.
Can we get a refund if we cancel our Virtual Group Tour?
You must notify groups@museumca.org 21 business days in advance if you wish to cancel your Virtual Group Tour and receive a refund. If you cancel with less than 21 business days notice, we are not able to refund your payment. For assistance, please email groups@museumca.org Monday through Thursday, 9 am to 3:30 pm.
My group’s preferred date is sold out, what are my options?
If your preferred date is sold out, you can join the waitlist by selecting your preferred time slot through the program’s registration page. Select the waitlist button, and you will be contacted if your time slot becomes available.
I’m an OMCA Member, what do I need to do to reserve a discounted tour?
OMCA Members can reserve your discount tour tickets through the main tour registration page. During checkout, you will be prompted to enter your OMCA Member number and an OMCA scheduler will confirm your status. If your Membership is lapsed, you will be contacted by Membership with options to renew or rebook at the regular price. For any additional questions about your membership, please contact membership@museumca.org.
Can I book this group tour for my family or a group of friends?
Yes! We are happy to accommodate any type of group that meets the 10 person minimum requirement. Gather your people and join us!

Can we change our Virtual Group Tour after we have booked?
All changes to your Virtual Group Tour bookings are subject to availability and must be made with at least 21 business days notice.
To reschedule, first book your preferred date through the online system, then contact us to receive a refund for the original booking. For assistance, please email groups@museumca.org Monday through Thursday, 9 am to 3:30 pm.
Do your Virtual Group Tours support after-school programs?
At this time OMCA’s Virtual Group Tours are only able to accommodate adult groups. For school groups, check out our Virtual Field Trips, OMCA at Home, and online learning resources.
