Upon arrival, guests will enter through the Museum’s main entrance at 1000 Oak Street via the stairway or ADA accessible ramp; signage will clearly indicate a one-way path of travel for entry and exiting the facility. Those who park in the OMCA garage with strollers or those who will need to utilize ramp access may enter through the Level 2 garage entrance where you will be met by an OMCA Visitor Experience Associate to assist with your ticket scan and health screening.

You’ll be asked to keep a safe social distance of at least six feet apart while waiting in line to complete the safety questionnaire, and to scan your pre-purchased ticket. Please have your tickets ready for scanning, and ensure that all members of your party are wearing a mask or face covering.
