PAYMENT
Payment must be made in full two weeks before the date of your visit. Online reservations need a credit card payment.
DISCOUNT FOR OAKLAND UNIFIED SCHOOLS
Any school located within the Oakland Unified School District receives a 30% discount on tours, programs, performances, and self-guided visits. If you did not receive an email with discount information at the beginning of the school year, contact us at groups@museumca.org or (510) -318-8473.
SCHOLARSHIPS FOR TITLE ONE SCHOOLS
Program and tour scholarships are available for any school with 75% or more of the student population qualifying for free and reduced meal plans. We limit scholarship awards to one per teacher per year.
Bus scholarships are also available for OUSD and Richmond schools.
HOW TO APPLY FOR A SCHOLARSHIP
To apply for a tour and program or bus scholarship:
- Book your tour or program
- Complete the Scholarship Application Form
- You will receive notification via email and the award amount will be refunded to the credit card you used to make your reservation within 5 business days of your scholarship request submission

CANCELLATIONS AND RESCHEDULING
You must notify OMCA 20 business days in advance if you wish to cancel your tour and receive a refund. Contact us at 510-318-8473 or groups@museumca.org to cancel. Payment will not be refunded with less than 20 business days notice.
To reschedule, first book your preferred date through the online system, then contact us to receive a refund for the original booking. Contact 510-318-8473 (Monday through Friday, 8 am to 4 pm) or email groups@museumca.org.
