OMCA has a bold, new look

Notice something different? We’re keeping it fresh with a new look to better reflect who we are, and where we’re going. And, we’ve simplified our name—so now you can just say OM-KAH!

OMCA is more than just a museum—we’re a museum, garden, and gathering place for the community. People come to explore our galleries, to enjoy the peace and quiet of our new outdoor gardens, and to celebrate the Oakland community through dynamic conversations and impactful events.
