Picnic Tables

You asked for it! Now you can reserve picnic tables during Friday Nights @ OMCA.

Cost: $25 per table per 4-hour block (5–9 pm)

 
Guidelines:
  • Maximum of eight (8) people (adults and children) per picnic table (tables seat six adults comfortably)
  • Booking party is responsible for all setup and cleanup of the area and the area immediately surrounding the table. Please leave your area ‘crumb clean.’ (A cleaning fee of $50 per table if left untidy.)
  • Reservations are held until 6:30 pm, after which we will set them free to onlookers.
  • No open flames, including birthday candles. Please use LED birthday candles only.
  • Reservations are non-refundable.
  • Alcohol must be purchased onsite, via the Blue Oak beer garden. No BYOB.

Do I require an event rental?

Event rentals at OMCA require a different type of reservation than a picnic table rental. A reservation including or doing any of the following is considered an event rental:

  • Amplified sound and/or musical instruments.
  • Groups larger than 30 people.
  • Selling of anything, including various products, food, merchandise, or tickets.
  • Advertising an event as "ticketed" or “open to the public.”
  • Requiring special setup of stages, tents, barricades, fences, tables, or other items requiring complex load in or electricity. Setup of catering is only permissable with an event rental.
  • Reserving a date and time farther ahead than our online reservation system allows
