Sunday, December 8, 2013, 1 pm & 2 pm
Sunday, December 8, 2013 - 1:00pm

Activate your young ones’ imagination with a special storytelling program focused on the famous mythological Bay Area native, the Bay Bridge Troll, now on view in the Gallery of California History. During this Family Day, visit the Lecture Hall for presentations by three different storytellers: Mia Paschal, Kirk Waller, and Tim Ereneta. Come hear original tales by each storyteller featuring the Bay Bridge Troll as the central figure.

During the afternoon, don’t miss the OMCA Family Drop-in LEGO Design Workshop, where kids can learn about engineering and bridge design with an engaging, hands-on experience.

Program begins at 1 pm, and runs for about 45 minutes with each storyteller presenting for 10 minutes; program repeats at 2 pm. Included with Museum admission. All ages are invited to join in. No reservations required.
