Join cat lovers and feline fans in the Oakland Mew-seum of California’s James Moore Theater for an exclusive preview of the Walker Art Center's celebrated Internet Cat Video Festival, featuring your favorite silly cat videos projected larger-than-life. Enjoy a pre-screening VIP talk with Scott Stulen, Project Director of the Walker Art Center; René de Guzman, OMCA Senior Curator of Art; and Douglas Long, OMCA Senior Curator of Natural Sciences and Shiva Rajaraman, Director of Product Management at YouTube. Dancers from Jennifer Walker's Meow Pack Dance Collective will perform a short dance before the event, and Julie Castle, from Best Friends Animal Society, will give a brief introduction.

Note: Tickets are $25 per seat, and are required for this event. This event is sold out; a limited number of last-minute tickets may become available just before the screening. A last-minute ticket line will form outside of the James Moore Theater at 5:30 pm.

Bonus: this screening takes place during Friday Nights @ OMCA. Stop by the Info Desk on Level 1 to enter a raffle for a free ticket to Saturday's Oakland Internet Cat Video Festival, presented by the Great Wall of Oakland on Saturday, May 11, 2013 from 3–10 pm.
